When I saw this fabric at Hart’s I seriously could not resist (they have some other Halloween lovelies available too!). And let’s not have too many colors: just some putrefied purple in a few different shades, lined with a gag-inducing poison green. All of this happens to be incredibly soft and warm; the piece is underlined with a fusible fleece and fully lined with the softest winter fleece you can imagine.
Every seam is double-stitched for durability. The shell fabric is from the Halloween Night Collection by Minick Simpson. I had so much fun making this and I keep envisioning sliding some cute baby into it.
Go ahead and look at the many, many photos I took. Because I am seriously in love with it.
