I love cooking – the meditative process, the delight my friends/family take in the food, the wholesomeness and the skill required to do a good job. So someone telling me how much they love what I make? Yeah, it really makes it all the more fun to do it.
Also I love making spaghetti and meatballs anyway; I make them with a slow process that has them simmering all day.
