What I Saw When I Came In At 4:30 AM The Other Night. The kids had put themselves to bed, as Ralph had fallen asleep before they. I love how each one bundled hirself up separately.
Ladies’ Night! We’ve been having a few of these. Phoenix loves them Times One Million. You know what’s good for kids, great role models. Like Jasmine and Amber who kick all kinds of ass and are the sweetest women besides.
I gave Harris a tasty dish of food. He staggered around a bit and then fell asleep like this. I found him because I was ready to take a shower. He stayed in with me there for a while.
Exactly one year ago: a trip to Elton Bennett Park here in Hoquiam.
God damn Harris has gotten fat and tasty. I want to snorgle him times one million.
I swear he is not as fat as he looks here! But he IS as heavy. He is seriously as heavy as my youngest child… but with these little peggy paws so when he climbs on you it hurts sooooo bad…
Oh yeah, densecat syndrome! And peg legs! Callie is like a shriveled little 5 pounder but damn can she work those needle paws!
Really, Harris looks like an adorable otter in that pose.
Reminds me of my Snowshoe Benjamin. When he is doing something annoying like loudly chewing on a plastic bag at 2AM, I try to gently nudge his 19 pound self away from the bag with my foot. He casually looks up at me as if to say, “Can I help you with something?” and doesn’t move and inch. Sometimes, I sincerely believe that he was an Aikido master in a previous life.
@Kidsync
I want to put our heavy cats on a scale to see how they balance. And because visually it would be funny.
